About Operis

Operis is a Bigeen Solutions operational reporting and intelligence platform designed to help healthcare organisations standardise reporting, consolidate operational information, monitor performance, identify trends, and support timely management decision-making.

Operis is built for multi-facility and multi-department healthcare environments where operational information may otherwise be fragmented across spreadsheets, presentations, emails, manual reports, and disconnected workflows.

The platform provides authorised users with structured operational reporting, dashboards, trend analysis, facility and branch comparisons, issue tracking, reporting workflows, and management insights from a single environment.

What Operis supports

Operis is designed to support:

  • daily, weekly and monthly operational reporting;
  • multi-facility reporting and consolidated leadership visibility;
  • branch and facility performance comparisons;
  • operational trends and exception monitoring;
  • facility issue and resolution tracking;
  • incident-related operational reporting where configured;
  • reporting consistency through governed calculations and validation rules;
  • role-based access to organisational information;
  • management dashboards and decision-support insights;
  • export and presentation-ready reporting workflows;
  • AI-assisted interpretation of selected operational metrics and trends.

Access and user permissions

Access to Operis is role-based.

Successfully authenticating with Google, Microsoft, or another approved sign-in method does not automatically grant access to healthcare facility information.

Users must be assigned an appropriate Operis role by an authorised administrator before they can access organisational data or reporting functions.

This separation between authentication and authorisation is intended to reduce unauthorised access and ensure that users only see information relevant to their approved responsibilities.

Google Sign-In

Operis may allow authorised users to authenticate using their Google Account.

For standard Google authentication, Operis requests only the basic information required to identify and authenticate the user, such as:

  • name;
  • email address; and
  • basic profile information.

Operis does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other unrelated Google services for standard sign-in.

Microsoft Sign-In

Where Microsoft authentication is enabled, Operis may use basic Microsoft account information required to authenticate and identify the user.

Access to Operis remains subject to role assignment and organisational authorisation after authentication.

Privacy and data minimisation

Operis is designed around data-minimisation principles.

Healthcare organisations should avoid entering patient-identifying or other sensitive information where the operational objective can reasonably be achieved using aggregated, de-identified, or non-identifying information.

Bigeen Solutions is formalising Operis governance in line with applicable Nigerian data-protection requirements, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act and relevant guidance issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Artificial Intelligence

Operis includes AI-assisted insights that may explain or summarise selected operational metrics and trends.

AI functionality is intended to support operational interpretation and decision-making and is not intended to replace professional clinical judgement or function as an autonomous clinical decision-maker.

Operis is designed so that AI-assisted operational insights should use the minimum information reasonably necessary for the requested analysis.

Customer operational data, patient information, and end-user information are not intended to be used by Bigeen Solutions to train proprietary AI models.
